CCIM ScholarshipsThe Education Foundation of the CCIM Institute has been granting scholarships to deserving students and real estate professionals since 1988. Our scholarship programs are designed to encourage and assist professionals pursuing the CCIM designation and to promote high educational standards. Our programs enable exemplary professionals in the real estate industry to experience the CCIM Institute's education first hand. Scholarships are also offered through the Houston/Gulf Coast Chapter for each course offering. The scholarship application window opens in January of each year and will close about 3 weeks prior to the course date it is being applied for. Click Here for more information about the CCIM Education Foundation Chapter CI 101 Scholarship December 2026 - CI 101 Application Here December 1-4, 2026 The chapter will award one full scholarship (at the CCIM Institute member rate) which is named in honor of Past Chapter President, Paul Lynn, CCIM to a recipient for use the following calendar year from application submission. The applicant should be a current dues paying member of the Houston/Gulf Coast Chapter. Chapter Education Scholarships (Advanced courses)CI 103 Application Here June 9-12, 2026 CI 104 Application Here November 10-13, 2026 The Chapter will scholarships (at the CCIM Institute member rate) which are named in honor of four of our Chapter leaders: Jim Crowley, CCIM, Pius K. Leung, CCIM, Frank Fitzgerald, CCIM and Robert C. Watson, CCIM. These scholarship awards will cover the member tuition for any Houston/Gulf Coast Chapter-sponsored advanced CI course (CI-102, CI-103 or CI-104) to be used the following calendar year from application submission. Applicants for these named scholarships must be Candidates who have successfully completed the CI-101 course, current dues paying members of the Houston/Gulf Coast Chapter, have participated in multiple chapter events, demonstrated their pursuit of careers in commercial real estate and have reputations for honest and fair dealing. |
