To be successful in any field, aspiring leaders require role models and guidance. The CCIM Houston/Gulf Coast Chapter is currently instituting a mentoring program. The purpose of this program is to provide a benefit to our membership by aligning them with either a mentor or a mentee/protégé. From this program, mentees can gain invaluable insight beyond their own education and experience, while mentors are rewarded by sharing knowledge and skills, helping others succeed, and supporting the profession.

In assigning mentors to mentees, the first priority will be given to the mentees who have had the greatest level of involvement in the Houston/Gulf Coast Chapter. Join the Houston/Gulf Coast Chapter today to get involved in this rewarding program.
